What is Really Happy Mario?:

Have you wondered how will be playing Super Mario Bros with a Sanity Meter? Uhh.. No? Well, me neither.

But I made this game because i'm weird.

Really Happy Mario is a Mario fangame in which you play as a depressed Mario in the first four levels of Super Mario Bros. Inspired by the game Really Happy Mouse that is also inspired by the Suicide Mouse creepypasta. Did Princess Peach cheat to Mario? We will never know, unless you beat this game.

Controls:

Left and Right arrows: Moves Mario

Up arrow: Makes Mario Jump

K: Makes Mario shoot Fire balls or Ice balls if you're playing during December

Objective:

In this game, you need to help Mario to complete all the levels and rescue the Princess Peach as fast is possible, because he isn't having a very good day.

This game uses a Sanity Meter that indicates how sad or "happy" is Mario, it drops quickly, and when it reaches 0... Well, it's a bit obvious, no? *cough cough* game over. The more it drops more your world and various characters or items will change...

Items:

Luckily, you can make the sanity meter go up by collecting various items. These items are:

 Mushroom: Makes Mario happy, which makes the sanity meter go up by 5.

 Heartshroom (1-up): Makes Mario even happier, which makes the sanity meter go up by 10 unlike the mushroom.

 Fire Flower: Makes the sanity meter go up by 5, and also gives Mario the hability to shoot fire balls by pressing Z. How cool is that?

 Ice Flower (Only December): Makes the sanity meter go up by 5, and also gives Mario the hability to shoot ice balls by pressing Z, Very cool, huh?

 Starman: It doens't make the sanity meter go up, but it freeze the sanity meter and makes Mario invincible for 12 seconds. When Mario is invincible, enemies can't damage him.

 Coin: If you collect 5 of them, the sanity meter will go up by 2, at least is something.

 3-up Moon: Makes Mario EVEN happier, which makes the sanity meter go up by 30 unlike the heartshroom and the maximun sanity by 120. You want it, no? Sadly this item is hidden somewhere.

Hazzards:

Be careful with enemies, they will make sad or "happy" Mario, these enemies are:

  Goomba: The most basic enemy in the Super Mario series, you can just squash them.

 Green Koopa: Turtles aren't bad, right? "Why is it green if the game is just black and white?"

  Red Koopa: They don't fall unlike the green ones, at least if he's not hiding on his shell...

Green ParaTroopa (Only Insane Mode): They jump when they touch the floor. "Hippity Hoppity."

 Red ParaTroopa: They fly unlike the green or red koopa ones, "I'm gonna fly for you, MmmmMMMmmMMmmMMm."

  Piranha Plant: These plants likes to hide into pipes. "I don't like to go to the bathroom and find a plant on my toilet."

  Rotten Mushroom (Only Insane Mode): Makes the sanity meter drop down by 10, Mario doesn't like those. Also the rotten mushroom follows you everytime, so watch out.

  Blooper (Only Insane Mode): They follow Mario like if they're swimming, but in the air.

 Dry Bones (Only October): They are skeleton koopas, unlike the alive ones; When you stomp them, instead of hiding in their shell, they will disarm, but do not believe that they have died, after a while they will reassemble themselves. They will replace all koopas when you play during October.

 Boo (Only October): They will follow you when you're not looking at them, if you do they will stop because they're a bit shy. "Is he watching us?"

Falling into holes will insta-kill Mario, and the game is over, so be careful.

Endings:

There are 4 possible endings, 3 without including the game over when the sanity meter goes 0 or when you fall into holes. You get those endings when you beat all the levels (or simply the last one by beating Bowser) and is decided by how much sanity you have, so try to obtain the 3 endings.
